We can offer companies that want to be present at the event, Gold – Silver – Bronze category sponsorships with the following terms and benefits:

GOLD PACKAGE

€3500(+ VAT as per the Italian law)

SILVER PACKAGE

€2500(+ VAT as per the Italian law)

BRONZE PACKAGE

€1500(+ VAT as per the Italian law)

GOLD SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE includes:
Recognition as Gold Sponsor on all printed Conference material

  • Company’s logo on the website page dedicated to confirmed sponsors
  • Exhibition area 3×2 sq.mt (including table, 2 chairs, electricity plug)
  • Company’s advertising page inside the final program
  • Placement of your Company flyer in the conference kit (flyer provided by the Sponsor)

In addition, Gold Sponsors only can include for free in the conference bags: notes, pens, pen drives and any other company gadgets provided by the sponsor itself. Please notify the secretariat at least one month prior to the beginning of the Conference if you intend to send these materials.

SILVER SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE includes:
Recognition as Silver Sponsor on all printed Conference material

  • Company’s logo on the website page dedicated to confirmed sponsors
  • Exhibition area 2×2 sq.mt (including table, 2 chairs, electricity plug)
  • Placement of your Company flyer in the conference kit (flyer provided by the sponsor)

BRONZE SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE includes:
Recognition as Bronze Sponsor on all printed Conference materials

  • Company’s logo on the website page dedicated to confirmed sponsors
  • Exhibition area – Self standing roll up without chairs and desks (roll up provided by the sponsor)
  • Placement of your Company flyer in the conference kit (flyer provided by the Sponsor)

1 free of charge registration will be added to each confirmed package.

Badges

  • Company name on participants’ Conference badges

Social Dinner

€3000(+ VAT as per the Italian law)
  • Acknowledgement of the sponsoring company on the program, on the invitation ticket and on the menu

Lunch

€2000(+ VAT as per the Italian law)
  • Sponsoring 1 Lunch. A board with the name of the sponsors will be placed on the lunch tables

Supply of the Conference bags

€1000(+ VAT as per the Italian law)
  • The company may have the opportunity to supply its own bags with the company logo

Customize the Conference bags

€2000(+ VAT as per the Italian law)
  • The company may have the opportunity to add its own logo on the bags provided by the Conference organization

Coffee Break

€1000(+ VAT as per the Italian law)
  • Sponsoring 1 coffee break. A board with the name of the sponsors will be placed on the coffee breaks tables

All options are not exclusive and do not include VAT 22%
