Registration fees are free of charge until availability of places.

The registration is compulsory through the registration form available by clicking on the button “Register now” here above.

Registrations will be accepted within February 18, 2024 and includes:
– Participation in the Conference on February 24
– Coffee breaks and lunches according to the program schedule
– Attendance certificate CME credits will not be available for the Conference

Simultaneous Translation will be provided from English to Italian

>> Please prepare your presentation in 16:9 format

>> We recommend you to save your PowerPoint presentation using PPT(X) format

>> Please include Conflict of Interest Disclosure in your presentation (included also in our template)

>> All presentations have to be uploaded in the “Speakers Ready Room” located on the groundfloor of the Hotel Royal close to the Conference room and at least 1 hour in advance of your session

>> We kindly ask you to bring your presentation on USB memory stick or External hard drive (USB-A/USB-C) to the Speakers Ready Room where the technicians will upload the presentation into the system

The meeting room is equipped with standard PowerPoint presentation facilities.

>> Screen + Data projector or LCD screen

>> Presenter/ Remote control/ Laser pointer

>> Microphone + Sound system

>> Notebook or screen (placed on the lectern)

>> Timer

A technician is available in the session room to provide assistance when needed

Please be present in the session room 15 minutes prior the start of your session 

Please observe the time allotted to you as you will not be permitted to speak for longer time. 

Please be informed that presenting from your personal computer is not permitted.
